We take companies from spreadsheets, legacy systems, or half-finished ERP projects to a system their team actually uses. Discovery, process design, configuration, data migration, training, go-live, and stabilization — delivered in phases, each with a defined outcome. We implement on Odoo because it covers the full operational surface of a mid-sized company without the cost profile of legacy enterprise vendors.
Not every engagement is an implementation. We advise on system selection, process architecture, integration strategy, and rescue assessments for projects that have drifted. If the honest answer is that you do not need us — or do not need new software at all — that is the answer you get.
An ERP earns its keep when it talks to everything else: payment processors, logistics and shipping, e-commerce storefronts, banks, industry-specific hardware. We design and build integrations that survive version upgrades, and automations that remove manual steps without hiding the logic from your team.
Systems in production need an owner: upgrades, performance, new requirements, and the steady stream of small changes a growing business generates. We offer ongoing support arrangements with defined response expectations — the same engineering standard as the original build.
