Implementation projects fail on scoping, data, and adoption - not on software. Our practice is built around those three risks, with Odoo as the platform we know deepest.
We take companies from spreadsheets, legacy systems, or half-finished ERP projects to one system. Discovery, process design, configuration, data migration, training, go-live, and stabilization - delivered in phases, each with a defined outcome.
Not every engagement is an implementation. We advise on system selection, process architecture, integration strategy, and rescue assessments for projects that have drifted. If the honest answer is that you do not need us - or do not need new software at all - that is the answer you get.
An ERP earns its keep when it talks to everything else: payment processors, logistics and shipping, e-commerce storefronts, banks, industry-specific hardware. For BiH fiscalization is set up, the program is connected to the fiscal device. We also do card payments through Monri.
A program in daily work needs someone who answers for it: help and new requests. We offer monthly support. What goes into it, we agree in writing.
