For the first 3 firms the price is 14,900 KM without VAT. After that it is 19,900 KM. You get the payment terms in writing before signing. Only what we sign in the contract applies.

We take one firm at a time. Goods at customers and service contracts are not in this offer. If you need them, tell us at the visit.
How we start
- 1. Visit. Free. We come to you for 30 minutes and look at how one of your orders goes, until the invoice comes out. In 2 days you get a written report on one page.
- 2. Review. You get at least 5 places where you lose money or time, each with an estimate in KM. The review stays yours.
- 3. Test. Your employee runs real orders on a test copy. Your old program runs as it does now.
- 4. Switch. When the test passes, your first real invoice leaves the new program.
With the review you get a written plan with the date of the first real invoice.

How long until we work in the new program?
You get the date of the first real invoice in writing, with the review.
Do we pay licenses per user?
No. We work on Odoo Community, which has no per-user fee, so the whole team and your bookkeeper work in the program at no extra cost. If you ever need a part that exists only in the paid version of the program, we tell you before signing, and you then pay the license directly to its maker.
What if we grow past 15 people?
Nothing is charged per user, now or later. We train new people from the monthly support hours. Only new work changes the price: a second warehouse, a second firm or a link to another program. We first agree that in writing.
Where does the program run?
On your own separate server in Germany or Finland, at Hetzner. Server and daily backups are included in monthly support. Without support, hosting is 79 KM a month. If you want, the program can run on your server.
Why is the price 14,900 KM now and 19,900 KM later?
The founding price is for the first 3 firms. After that the full price applies.
Do you come to us?
Yes. The free 30-minute visit is at your firm. After that we work both at your place and from our office in Sarajevo, whichever is better for the work.
