What we collect
- Forms on the site (contact, guide, self-check): name, company, email, message, the self-check answers and result, and the page and campaign tag you came from. A self-check opened from the personal link in our email sends the result without an email address, tied to the tag in that link.
- Business contacts: when we first contact a company, we use only publicly published business details (the company's website, public registers): company name, business email and phone, and the name of the owner or director.
- Server logs: IP address, time and the page requested, to keep the site secure.
- On your device: the site stores in your browser (localStorage) which page and campaign you came from, so we know it if you send a form. We use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
Why we use it
To answer your request, send the guide or the self-check result, arrange a meeting and send an offer. We use business contacts because we have a legitimate business interest in offering our services to companies. You can tell us at any time to stop contacting you, and we respect that without question.
Where it is kept and who sees it
The data is kept in our business system (Odoo) on a DigitalOcean server in Amsterdam (the Netherlands, EU) and in our email system. Only the people at Nedax who need it for their work see it. We do not sell data or give it to others for their marketing.
How long
For as long as our conversation or work together lasts, and at most three years after the last contact. Server logs delete themselves after 60 days at most. If you ask for deletion sooner, we delete it sooner.
Social networks
Nedax has pages on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. When you follow or comment on them, those platforms process your data under their own rules. We see only what the platform shows page administrators.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, deleted or its use restricted, to receive it in a common format, and you can object to its use. Write to info@nedax.net; we answer within 30 days. If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
