Fixed prices. Weekly demos. Exit at any phase boundary.

Every engagement is a fixed number agreed before work starts. You watch real progress weekly on your own data, and you can stop at any phase boundary and keep everything built.

How the fixed price stays fixed

We measure before we quote. That is the whole trick.

  1. 01

    The audit measures first

Two weeks inside your processes and your data. The output is a process and systems map, a data quality assessment, and a fixed-price implementation roadmap. Nothing is quoted from a discovery call.

  2. 02

Each phase is quoted from evidence

The roadmap breaks the implementation into phases, each with a fixed price and a defined deliverable. We can commit to the number because we already know what the data and the processes look like.

  3. 03

Change goes to the next phase

New requirements are welcome; they are scoped and priced into the next phase boundary instead of quietly inflating the current one. The number you agreed to is the number you pay.

What you risk

The risk stays on our side of the table.

Fixed price per phase

Every phase is a fixed number agreed before it starts. If it takes us longer, that is our cost, not yours.

A working demo every week

Every week you see the system doing real work on your own data. Not a status slide. If progress stalls, you see it within days, not at the invoice.

Exit at any phase boundary

Stop at the end of any phase and keep everything built to that point, with the documentation to hand it to anyone.

Pricing questions

The fine print, out loud.

What moves the price above "from"?

The variables are always the same: number of legal entities and countries, data volume and quality, number of integrations, and how much of the accounting history has to come across. The audit measures each of these, which is why the roadmap can carry a fixed number instead of a range.

What is the payment schedule?

The audit is invoiced at its start. Implementation phases are invoiced in two parts: half when the phase starts, half when the phase deliverable is accepted. There are no monthly burn invoices and no surprise reconciliations at the end.

What counts as a phase?

A phase is a block of work with a fixed price, a defined deliverable, and an acceptance point at the end. The audit is a phase. Core Implementation typically runs as two to three phases on the way to the 90-day go-live. Every phase boundary is a point where you can stop and keep everything.

Are Odoo licenses included?

No. Odoo subscription licenses are paid by you directly to Odoo at their published per-user rates. Our prices cover implementation, configuration, migration, training, and support work only, so there is no markup hiding in either number.

Do you work remote or on-site?

Remote by default, from Sarajevo, across European and North American time zones; we have served US clients since 2018. On-site visits, for example for go-live week or warehouse walkthroughs, can be scoped into a phase where they earn their cost.
