For IT and web shops

From your supplier's price list to the fiscal receipt.

One system for IT and web shops: supplier price lists come in on their own, margins work themselves out, your webshop and OLX are always right, and every invoice is fiscalized. We start with what takes most of your time today.

Sound familiar?

Six things that eat your week

Our family company was a distributor for 25 years, and we lived through all of this. It kept us late, and it still keeps many shops late today.

  1. 01 A supplier changes prices and you find out after you sold below cost.
  2. 02 The webshop says one thing, OLX another, the stockroom a third.
  3. 03 Margins are worked out by hand, in Excel, item by item.
  4. 04 Invoices and fiscal receipts take hours you do not have.
  5. 05 Your bookkeeper asks for data you have to pull and send by hand.
  6. 06 Every new hire means another license and a bigger monthly bill.

Day one

We start with the price list: through to the fiscal invoice, no retyping

  1. 1

    The price list comes in

The supplier's price list or feed comes in on a schedule: new items, new prices, supplier stock.

  2. 2

    Your margins apply

Set margin rules once, by supplier, category or brand. Selling prices work themselves out.

  3. 3

    Webshop and OLX update

Prices, stock and new items go to your webshop and your OLX listings, with no retyping.

  4. 4

    Every invoice is fiscalized

In store or online, the fiscal receipt goes through Tring fiscalization and card payments through Monri.

Ecosystem

Not another program. Your whole shop in one place.

A customer, an item, a stock level and an invoice are entered once, and sales, the stockroom, the webshop and your bookkeeper all see them. When the shop grows, you do not buy another program, you switch on the next part of the same system. Underneath it all runs Odoo, business software used by companies around the world.

Users are free

The price never grows with your headcount

Odoo Community has no per-user license. Your whole team gets a login at no extra cost, so a new hire never means a new monthly bill.

Your bookkeeper stays yours

Accounting stays with your bookkeeper, who gets their own free login and sees invoices and fiscal records directly, without you sending anything.

What sets us apart

Engineers, not installers.

Most partners configure from a template and stop where the template stops. We are software engineers: Bosnian fiscalization (Tring) and Monri card payments for Odoo 18 are already built, and we stay after go-live.

Fiscalization

The new fiscalization law in FBiH

The Law on Fiscalization of Transactions (Official Gazette of FBiH 9/26) entered into force on 12 February 2026. Full application follows the bylaws; estimates point to 2027. Software that is not approved will not be allowed (Article 77). It is better to have your system ready before the deadline than to switch in a hurry.

Who is behind it

Third generation in the same business

Today the company is led by Faris Delija, third generation. He has spent more than 6 years putting business systems into companies and led an 80-user rollout across 5 locations in 90 days. Our team stands behind every project, and because we were a distributor ourselves, we know where this business hurts.

  • 1982: Elektronik, founded by Nedžad Delija.
  • 1996: Nedax d.o.o., Sarajevo.
  • The first World Bank project in BiH: 37 community rehabilitation centers.
  • More than 190 healthcare institutions equipped and serviced.

Pilot

We are looking for the first shop

The first shop gets a pilot price. In return, with your permission, we show the result publicly together.
